من نحن
«إتقان» (itqanprep.com) منصة قيد الإنشاء للاستعداد لاختبارات الشهادات المهنية، ويديرها مؤسسها في المملكة العربية السعودية. ستُضاف بيانات الكيان النظامي ورقم السجل التجاري فور صدوره. للتواصل بشأن الخصوصية: hello@itqanprep.com.

لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبع أو الإعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليلات من أطراف خارجية، ولا نبيع بياناتك.
من يعالج البيانات
- Vercel: استضافة الموقع (قد تُسجَّل عناوين IP تقنيًا لأغراض الأمان).
- Supabase: قاعدة بيانات قائمة الانتظار، مستضافة في الاتحاد الأوروبي (فرانكفورت).
تُنقل البيانات خارج المملكة وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولائحة نقل البيانات خارج المملكة، مع ضمانات تعاقدية مناسبة.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببريدك حتى الإطلاق ولمدة لا تتجاوز 12 شهرًا بعده، أو حتى تطلب الحذف، أيهما أسبق.
حقوقك
يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت بمراسلة hello@itqanprep.com، ونرد خلال 30 يومًا. كما يحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
التعديلات
سنُبلغك بالبريد قبل أي تغيير جوهري في هذه السياسة.

Who we are
Itqan (itqanprep.com) is an exam-preparation platform under development, run by its founder in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Legal entity and commercial registration details will be added once issued. Privacy contact: hello@itqanprep.com.
What we collect and why

We use no tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party analytics, and we do not sell your data.
Who processes it
- Vercel: website hosting (IP addresses may be logged technically for security).
- Supabase: waitlist database, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt).
Data is transferred outside the Kingdom in line with the PDPL and its Regulation on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom, with appropriate contractual safeguards.
Retention
We keep your email until launch and for no more than 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@itqanprep.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Changes
We will email you before any material change to this policy.
